Exchange Policy

Exchanges are handled with care to ensure customer satisfaction:
1. Exchange Eligibility: Exchanges are only possible for items damaged or incorrect due to our error.
2. Request Timeline: Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with proof of damage.
3. Return Before Exchange: The damaged item must be returned to us before we Dispatch the replacement.
4. Original Packaging: Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories and tags intact.
5. No Exchange for Preferences: We do not accept exchanges for reasons like size, color, style, or personal preference changes.
6. Exchange Processing Time: Once the returned product is received and inspected, the replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days.
7. Shipping Charges: We cover the shipping cost for the replacement if the exchange is due to our fault.
8. Availability: Replacement is subject to stock availability; if unavailable, a refund may be offered.
9. Damaged During Return: If the product is found damaged during return (not original damage), the exchange may be declined.
10. Communication: All exchanges must be coordinated through our customer support team for proper processing.
